It's the Philippines. No surprise there.
I remember the bus hostage situation they had last year.
Their SWAT team probably stands for 'Sorry, We Are Terrified'.
Their 'storming' of the bus was truly comical. Heck, had they used
their brains earlier, a good sniper would have taken out the tango
with a headshot.
And I don't give a sh*t about what Filipino culture is like with
regards to photo-taking; this still pisses me off after one full
year:
'Wish you were here!'
